Phone repairs
Not sure which one you need? Describe the problem in a quote request and we’ll work it out together.
Cracked glass, a black or flickering display, coloured lines, or a touchscreen that has stopped listening to you.
For phones that drain before dinner, switch off with charge left, run hot, or show a battery service message.
Loose cable, charging that cuts in and out, or no charging at all. Sometimes it’s only pocket lint — we check that first.
A shattered back panel has sharp edges and lets dust and moisture in. Replacing it restores the look and the protection.
Blurry shots, a camera that won’t focus or open, or a cracked lens cover sitting over the camera.
Rain, a puddle, a spilled drink? Power the phone off, don’t charge it, skip the rice, and bring it in as soon as you can.
Callers can’t hear you, the speaker crackles, or the power and volume buttons are stuck or unresponsive.
A slow or freezing phone, update trouble, boot loops, or moving your photos and contacts to a new phone.
Phones we work on
Beyond repairs
Need a spare building fob? We copy compatible building access fobs. Bring your fob and we’ll check if it can be copied.
Phone tied to one carrier? Tell us the make, model and the network it’s locked to, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
New in town or switching plans? Pick up a SIM card at the kiosk and ask us about getting it set up in your phone.
Choose a screen protector and let us install it for you — no wrestling with dust and bubbles at home.
Fob copy is for compatible building access fobs only. Not every fob can be copied — bring yours and we’ll check. Please make sure your building allows extra fobs.
Before you come in
A little prep makes any repair smoother.
If it still turns on, back up to iCloud, Google or a computer first.
We may need to test the phone after the repair to make sure everything works.
Settings → About shows the exact model. It helps us quote and check parts.
Power it off, don’t charge it, skip the rice and bring it in as soon as you can.
